OWLS PHCA 2021 AGM – Tuesday, 7th December 2021 at 6 pm

The OWLS PHCA Constitution requires that members are given a minimum of 21 days notice of the intention to hold an AGM.
Our financial year-end was 31st October 2021 and we confirm that the 2021 OWLS PHCA AGM will be held on Tuesday 7th December 2021 at the Log-Inn, Grey Street, Knysna at 6 pm. This meeting will again be a physical meeting with the option of online attendance.
COVID-19 protocols will be in place, with a maximum of 45 people allowed in the room.
We would ask members in a high-risk category, to please NOT attend, but to send questions and their voting proxy to us by email (owls@owlsknysna.co.za) before the meeting.
Also, any member not feeling well or recently tested positive for COVID, please do NOT attend.
For those of you who will not attend the AGM in person, but have points you would like addressed at the meeting, please e-mail them (owls@owlsknysna.co.za) and we will read them out and deal with them as we can. They will also be included in the Minutes.
Please also consider giving your voting PROXY, to any OWLS member or a current committee member, as you would prefer. This is very important so that we have a legal quorum and fair representation in any voting.
For those who have Zoom capability, we will be broadcasting the AGM via a closed Zoom meeting. Interaction by Zoom participants will unfortunately not be allowed. The Zoom link will be sent out on the day of the AGM.
We would ask that if you plan to attend the AGM, please RSVP by email at owls@owlsknysna.co.za. We will assess the numbers closer to the time and if we find a shortage of space, we will attempt to find a solution.
