OWLS PHCA 2025 AGM – Wednesday, 4th March 2026 at 6 pm
The 2025 OWLS PHCA AGM will be held on Wednesday 4th March 2026 at the Log-Inn, Grey Street, Knysna at 6 pm – in accordance with the OWLS PHCA Constitution which requires that the AGM be held within 6 months of end of financial year, and that members are given a minimum of 21 days notice of the intention to hold an AGM.
This meeting will be a physical meeting with the option of online observation (Microsoft TEAMS).
This meeting covers activity to OWLS financial year end 31st October 2025. Financials have been formally audited and will be presented at the meeting.
For those of you who will not attend the AGM in person, but have points you would like addressed at the meeting, please e-mail them (owls@owlsknysna.co.za) and we will read them out and deal with them as we can.
If you can’t attend in person, please consider giving your voting PROXY (download) to any OWLS member or a current committee member, as you would prefer. This is very important so that we have a legal quorum and fair representation in any voting.
The meeting will be broadcast on Microsoft TEAMS as a closed meeting for members only. This broadcast will be for observation only – Interaction will unfortunately not be allowed. The TEAMS link will be sent out on the day of the AGM.
